Welcome to MiTube. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MiTube mobile application ("App"), operated by M/s Vidai Nexus Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Using MiTube
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Content You Upload
As a creator, you retain ownership of the videos and reels you upload. By publishing content on MiTube, you grant us a licence to host, stream and display it within the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others and complies with our community guidelines.

3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material involving minors, or otherwise violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Creator Earnings
Creators who are approved as content creators may earn a share of advertising revenue generated by their content, calculated based on watch time. Payouts are made monthly to the bank details provided by the creator, subject to verification and applicable minimum payout thresholds.

5. Advertising
MiTube displays advertisements within the App to support the platform and fund creator earnings. Ad content is served through third-party advertising networks.

6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
